Phil has been involved in the motor trade for nearly 20 years working for dealerships specialising in everything from everyday runabouts to prestige cars, supercars, and vans. He has occupied various senior management positions within some of the most respected brands and independent garages in the UK and has gleaned a huge array of trusted trade contacts, repeat customers, and experience along the way. Starting as a trainee van salesman upon leaving the military, he has occupied every step of the dealership ladder so his experience is truly second to none. Spencer Flint Automotive was born out of his desire to offer a truly transparent buying and selling experience for the consumer. Too often, the selling or buying process can be stressful and confusing. Phil wants to offer a “one-stop shop” offering friendly, professional service and value to the customer. Everything from settling off outstanding finance, nationwide collection and delivery and bespoke finance packages are all part of the service
