Amazing experience

Spencer Flint had a BMW 330e advertised but unfortunately, after speaking to Phil I realised it wasn’t quite the specification I was looking for. Within a week, however, I had the perfect specification vehicle on my drive, at a far better price than I could get it for anywhere else. Within a week they’d sourced, financed and delivered my perfect car. Honestly, absolutely blown away by the service and value offered and if you are in the market for a vehicle, there’s nowhere I’d be happier recommending. Very nice family run business highly recommend

Had a great experience with Spencer Flint Automotive, first went to view the car and felt very welcomed and looked after long test drive and chat about the car, Phil was very professional and I had an overall good experience, I then went back to purchase the car a few days later and again was welcomed straight in and was looked after very well. Had a minor issue with the car a few days later and this was sorted straight away with no hassle, I highly recommend if your in the market for a new car.

Probably the best car dealer I have dealt with, totally professional and at the same time very friendly and easy to talk to.

Refreshingly good! After a long search I came across a great example of a Discovery at Spencer Flint. Phil was excellent throughout- easy to deal with, no pressure, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I couldn’t complete the transaction (no fault of Phil’s). A swift, no quibble refund of my deposit shows the ethos of this company. Five star service!

I can only say amazing things about Phil and his business Spencer Flint Automotive. My story with him, is that I purchased a vehicle from Phil, but I made a big administrative mistake. Despite of this, he handled the situation like if he was my friend or he knew me for a long time, helping me out even though it was never his obligation to do it. In summary, just a very nice person that is a pleasure to meet and deal with. I think if all sellers were like him, everyone would buy used cars with more confidence

Outstanding service - would recommend to anyone!

I would recommend Spencer Flint to anybody wanting to buy a new car. After months of looking for a new car and having a particularly awful experience with another garage I had lost hope in finding an honest dealership but Phil quite literally came to the rescue. He was amazing from start to finish and I truly had the best experience buying my new Audi. Such a genuine guy who is very passionate about ensuring the quality of service is perfect. I felt so relaxed and never felt rushed to make a decision. All questions were answered and I was kept up to date with everything throughout the process. I felt at ease as soon as we arrived, the test drive was brilliant and Phil made sure to choose a route that would enable me to drive the car on several different roads to really get a feel for it. Not to mention the car is absolutely immaculate, seriously cannot fault a single thing about it. I will definitely be using Spencer flint again should I ever need to! Thank you so much :)

Honestly cannot recommend Spencer Flint enough, I had spent months looking for this particular model and make and as soon as it popped up I knew it was the one, The car is an absolute dream and exactly everything Phil described. I well and truly had the best experience and Phil couldn't of done more to help me, and make the process so simple and easy. Faultless!

Been searching for my dream car for months traveled up to 200 miles to see cars a was let down miserably. Saw a merc coupe here rang and spoke to Phil who was very transparent and promised that I would not be disappointed. I asked all questions he answered with no push sales attached, Phile sed come view and decide but I promise u won’t be disappointed. So went to vote it fell in love straight away, test drive etc perfect.Decision made that this was the car, deposit paid and then left it with Phil to sort out all little bits that needed doing. Phil bless this man he went that extra mile to make sure the car was in perfect condition before he parted with it. Went to pick car up and since having it almost a month I can’t fault any thing on there.Reason for my late review dues to being I’ll a busy.I would defo recommend Phil to every one he is a genuine individual wiv no hard sales tactic he’s transparent a true to what he says. Cannot recommend highly enough!Car immaculate- as described in the Autotrader advert. Arranged to view it on Saturday afternoon, at an appointment to suit me. Phil talked me over the features, we took it out for a test drive. Then they delivered the car on the Sunday once funds were clear. Brilliant service from start to finish. I was able to extend the 6-month RAC warranty to 24 months. Would recommend - the easiest transaction & the kids even got a bag of sweets

Just sold my 5 year old prestige car to Phil. Having recently moved to the area, I made contact having seen an ad in local magazine. We thought that looking for a first car for my stepson would be painful in the current climate but we had a car on our drive within a couple of weeks of handing them our wish list! With only a couple of weeks to go on my existing finance agreement, I was keen to find a new car ASAP but was told I’d be looking at a minimum of 9 months to order a new one. Within a few hours of speaking to Phil, he had sourced a new car (the exact make and model I was looking for!) and delivered it to my door in under a week!
